Delivery

When you place an order through our website and select shipping, what you are choosing is our personal delivery service on the back of one our five delivery trucks. This service extends upto 400km from our yard in Marton.

The conditions of this service are:

• The order must fit on our truck weight-wise.
• The delivery site must be clear and level
• No over head obsticles i.e power lines, building overhangs etc.
• Any plywood and panel products are hand unloaded, and assistance is required
• We aim to get all deliveries out within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes there may be a wait if your order isn't substantial enough, and we will try to find another order to pair it with.

For smaller orders or those outside our delivery zone, we use reputable freight providers like Mainfreight, which offer delivery to their nearest depot, from which you can collect. For pricing and options, we recommend sending your enquiry directly to us, and one of the team will come back to you with a competitive quote.

We welcome you to come instore and pickup your products. We always recommend placing an order to guarantee its in stock as we carry our stock across two yards and we would hate to disappoint you.
